BASIC INSPECTIONS

Our Basic Inspection includes a thorough walk-through of the entire property.  

We inspect the interior and exterior of every home to find things that you may have missed. From the drywall, to the shingles.  The foundation to the attic.  Plumbing to electricity. 

Through extensive training, we have learned to assess issues within a home to make sure you know what you're getting in to. 

Like a mechanic's diagnostic, we evaluate your home to find what's under the surface.


thermal imaging

The insulation in your home is designed to retain heat.  When a home has poor insulation, the heat that you are pumping through your home escapes, meaning your furnace needs to work harder.  Costing you more money. 

Thermal imaging is used to detect any areas where there may be poor insulation, helping you understand if you'll be spending more of your hard earned money on bills rather than yourself and your family. 

Thermal imaging can also detect water intrusion in a home.  When water has made its way through exterior barriers and seeped into your insulation it then lowers the insulation's efficiency, leaking heat from your home.   Again, costing YOU more money.

radon testing

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that comes from the natural breakdown of uranium.  It is found in igneous rocks, soil and, possibly, well water.  Exposure to radon can cause serious illness, such as cancer.

If the foundation of a home was to crack, the home would work as a vacuum and pull the radon up, filling your home.

Using machines to measure the amount of radon in your home, we provide you with an analysis to determine the amount of radon your family could be exposed to.

FREE ROOF AND SIDING INSPECTIONS

As a courtesy to our clients, we offer free roof and siding inspections on any home of which we have performed a paid inspection.  

If you ever suffer any damage to the exterior of your home, we will return to perform a new inspection.  We will provide you with a new, detailed report, including photos, that you may provide to your insurance company as supplemental documentation of any damage your home has incurred.

A comprehensive report on permits pulled on your property. The report highlights when work was done, the type of job, contractor, and dollar amount. Know if permits were pulled in one easy step!

LEVEL II CHIMNEY INSPECTION

Used to inspect the interior of wood-burning fireplaces, a high-definition camera is sent down through the top of the chimney to detect any issues there may be with the fireplace.  We check to make sure there are no cracks in the chimney walls or rodents making themselves a new home.

Using a high-tech camera, we delve deep into sewage systems to check that all piping is intact. 

When private sewage systems are damaged it can end up causing a homeowner to replace public sewage systems for thousands of dollars. 

Knowing these unseen issues before purchasing a home can have the ability to save you more than a down payment.

STUCCO INSPECTION

A stucco inspection can be an extremely beneficial step in purchasing homes that have stucco siding.  

While stucco is extremely water resistant, if there are any cracks in the stucco it has become compromised.

An invasive inspection tests the layers of drywall and wood behind the stucco to check for any water intrusion, which could potential harm the structure and stability of your home.
